Terms of Use
Effective October 22, 2026
These terms apply to your use of baltimorejanitorialservices.com, operated by Elevate Clients Inc. By using this site you agree to them.
What this site does
Baltimore Janitorial Services is a free referral service. We pass quote requests to independent commercial cleaning companies. We are not a cleaning company, we do not perform cleaning work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a provider will be available for your location or job, that you will receive a quote, or the price, quality, timing or results of any work. You are responsible for choosing a provider. We recommend asking any provider for proof of insurance and references before hiring them.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request a quote for the facility you describe. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, spam, or information about another person without their permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Clients Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from services performed by any cleaning provider.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
